About Helsfyr Chiropractor clinic
We are a family oriented and owned Gonstead Chiropractic clinic, located centrally in Oslo.
Our backgrounds are from Norway, Australia and the US. We speak fluent Norwegian and English so you can rest assure you will be understood and given the appropriate information and care.
Our aim is to help people heal and reach their full potential in life by functioning 100%. We do this by detecting and removing nerve interference in the spine and other joints of the body. This allows the body to heal itself as quickly and correctly as possible. When the body functions normally and harmoniously it also assists us in tolerating the pressures of modern day life.
Increased weight, altered movement patterns and hormonal changes often contribute to misalignment of the pelvis and spine in pregnant women.
Babies and children
The first traumas that can lead to joint dysfunction which interfere with the nervous system, termed subluxation, can happen already during the pregnancy.
Over the years, daily strains such as repetitive movements, bad posture, falls and accidents can, gradually or suddenly, lead to spinal misalignments and therefore reduced joint function.
For an athlete, avoiding injuries and being able to perform at his or her peak is extremely important.
Symptoms are the first thing we as humans focus on and seek to redeem.
At at the same time it is important to remember that this is usually our body trying to tell us something is not functioning the way it should.
