Massage therapist
Julia’s interest in alternative medicine began at an early age. At 16, she learned Chinese massage and started practicing tai chi, which sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between the body, movement, and health.
Although she is trained as a biologist, her path led her back to Chinese medicine, massage therapy, and teaching yoga, MediYoga, and qigong. She is a certified massage therapist from Axelsons and has pursued further education at, among others, Mark Perren Spa Academy and the Norwegian Massage School (NOMAS).
In her work, Julia approaches each person holistically. She uses a combination of massage, movement, and breathwork to support the body’s innate ability to find balance and heal. Her broad background provides a holistic perspective on health, in which body, breath, and movement are always seen as interconnected.
